Re: Sovereigns of the Stars Supreme, revisited
Actually, given what the Telestrons are, they could in theory infiltrate any kind of Quantum network throughout the galaxy and exist as beings in bodies or beings within the Network.

Re: The Union of Orthodox Catholic Socialist Republics (UOCSR)
This entity was written up for the recent SDNW5 game. It's a bit raw on the formatting and I will polish it up with time. Basically this was to be a USSR but one that never went the atheist route but instead reformed itself to be more outward looking and less revolutionary in a way. It was meant to ...

The Union of Orthodox Catholic Socialist Republics (UOCSR)
The Union of Orthodox Catholic Socialist Republics (UOCSR) The UOCSR emerged after the interregnum following the Overthrow of the Daedalean Emperor. In 1970 after decades of economic decline, famine, corruption, poor urban conditions, foreign incursions and incompetent rule the populace rose up agai...

Hm. If there was one thing that I wasn't so sure about the Haruhiist empire was how their economy and society was ordered. Is it just like how Japan is with their feudal style corporatist make up or?

Re: Sovereigns of the Stars Supreme, revisited
Man.. I had totally forgotten about the Machine Race Siege and I talked about years ago until Shroom brought them up and resurrected them in the form of the Telestrons. I personally think the Telestrons could have a more subversive presence in the galaxy. One group would be fighting to stop the othe...

Re: Possible RPG game
Alright, so that Modern Warfare homage post that I talked about earlier is pretty much on hold and would be out of chronological order if it was posted now. Instead of that, I have something else that I hope to flesh out in greater detail soon. There's another homage in there that I hope Fin gets, ...

Cevaucian Union The Dai Nippon Teikokou delegation arrived today at the Cevaucian Union capital and went to the Olympic village to find their lodgings. Sayako looked around and watched the Guild guards escorting them to the Olympic village. The pale faced men wore expressionless faces and were utte...

The Man and his Bear I am a man of the northern arctic. It was in my bones and my blood. My forefathers were inuits who lived in the north, but now I am now a citizen of the Dai Nippon Teikoku. A strange twist of fate, considering my ancestors were part of a nation that was diametrically opposed to...

If for the Olympics, I actually have a post-draft sitting on worddoc right now about officials discussion not allowing cybernetics into the games - I think gen mods would fall under that as well. The real problem is enforcement, but given the Ascendancy is pretty good at checking for cybernetics, g...

Re: Possible RPG game
I've been thinking, and I believe we need some sort of event where our nations can interact that isn't World War Six. I've been pushing an Olympic-type event for the past few games now, but other ideas are welcome. But what I've seen over the past couple RPs are a couple different plotlines that do...

I am going to start writing up a more detailed outline of the Dai Nippon Keikoku, along with all the nitty gritty details.
I am tempted though. The Dai Nippon Keikoku naturally has a space program, but I wonder about using Exile spaceships as weapons of mass destruction...
