wow. that was a meaty update. Was I getting a Dresden/Murphy vibe off the first section. As for the others, some good stuff here and Drake is a hoot as always. Wondering what's coming next. I read it in installments so I have missed a few details. Is the impact of the finale scene that Jerome is lyi...

Ah. The wild west in sppaaaaace. I See what you did there.

The robotic horses thing reminds me of Terry Pratchett's The Dark Side of the Sun, which also has robot horses, ones with brains that are legally sapient and 'human'.

In the future, an AK-47 will be a full-auto XM25 and MANPADS will reach orbit. The very rich will living a huge ass space station will robots and clarketec...

And yet, despite all this, Superman never abandons his faith that humanity will accept him and work with him. In the end, his faith is ultimately rewarded Now this part is the part that confuses me because ultimately the last scene we see, is him having to smash up spydevices to try and get the US ...

Re: Official Movie Review Thread

Man Of Steel? I just came back from it and it's a complete mess imho. It starts off with a prologue on Krypton throwing far too much at you too quickly and mixing it in with lots of action. Then we proceed to jump around clark's life in random flash backs, flash forwards, flash sideways. Whatever. T...

I am obviously no authority but Siege and Moby have a kind of hypertime/flexible canon sort of thing going on with their stories anyway. So I'm sure you're fine.

At this point we need to change john baylor's name to David 'Big Naked Solid Boss Snake' Doe and be done with it. Just re-read this start to finish and it is very enjoyable. I admire you abillity to create character that feel quite real, or at least no archetypes. Just the names, physical descriptions, the people you choose as protoganonist are very interesting. And for the new part, the plot as she says thicke...

wow. old familiars indeed.

And a story based focus? I look forward to the forum filling up with lots of first installments then. :P

I mean yeah, not being starcraft forum anymore, we probably don't need oodles of individual units. But polities and organisations might be cool to hear about.
