Re: Goddamn OZes

So many people wanting to start over from scratch warms my cold, cold heart :).

Drop me a PM if you want a new 'verse under Universes, and I'll get you a forum ASAP. Like Mobius said, organization will be a thing for later, at least you then ought to be able to get crackin' again.

Re: US Aircraft of CSW

EDIT: Martin Marietta? Can I get a hells yes? I'm extremely impressed, Siege. Would Lockheed, as a separate company, still be around in CSW earth? You betcha (the XF-122 and similar projects is what they're into nowadays.) No end to the Cold War means no consolidation sweep of the US defence indust...

Re: Goddamn OZes

EDIT: Siege, is it possible for us to have access to the back-up, somehow? I *intend* to put it up in much the same way as the old archive was... If I can figure out how to do that, that is. So it might take some time. PS: If someone has a way to contact Destructionator, Heretic, and/or Black Orphe...

Re: US Aircraft of CSW

Yes, there have been some edits: some further reading about the J-93 engine lead to Mach numbers being changed around (some of the earlier aircraft are now faster, although some of the later ones - with the exception of the F-122 - are now slower... Because previously there was an insane leap from t...

Re: Goddamn OZes

Well, all the really old stuff is still in the old backups. It's the stuff from the last two months or so that we'd be losing.

(Yes, I know, I should have backed up more regularly... *Bangs head into wall*)

Re: Goddamn OZes

This Forum is member only? I was really confused when the front page was telling me-as-guest that there were no forums... And yet 7 posts. To be honest I'm not sure. It might be, but I'm really only just beginning to grasp some of the basic details about building a site like OZ (or rather, OO). Luc...

Re: Goddamn OZes

All of them. But at least in this place the smileys work! Look: :D Well guys, this may be a bit of a "from scratch" type of deal, at least initially. I've got an (old) backup somewhere on another computer... But unless we can get a more recent one from the old site (which is still down, so...
